🧭 How do I access my Lesko Help account?

It’s a common issue! Many people complete payment but forget to create their Mighty Network account, which is a separate step.

Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Use the link in your welcome email to create your account using the same email you signed up with. (If you can't find that email, send us a message at leskohelp@gmail.com to request account creation instructions).
  2. If you get a message saying your email is already in use, that means your account already exists—try signing in or resetting your password.
  3. Once inside, bookmark the Lesko Help 2 homepage for easy access

🧾 Where can I find my receipts or billing history?

  •  Credit card users: Receipts and billing history are available in your billing portal. Log in here.
  • PayPal users: Receipts can be found in your PayPal account under Activity.

If you can’t find your original receipt, search your email (and spam/junk) for the subject line “Thank You for Subscribing” from leskohelp@gmail.com.

🔐 I forgot my password—how do I reset it?

 Go to the Lesko Help 2 login page and click “Forgot password?” A reset link will be emailed to you (check spam/junk folders if it doesn’t arrive). 

👤 How do I manage my Mighty Networks profile?

Once you're inside the Lesko Help 2 community, click your profile icon in the top-right corner to:

  • Add or change your photo
  • Update your display name
  • Adjust notification settings
  • Bookmark resources and links

➡️This profile is separate from your billing account.

📅 When does my membership renew?

It depends on the type of subscription you have. To check your subscription renewal date login to your credit card management account with Recurly or PayPal account if you paid via PayPal to check your date. If you can't login, email us at leskohelp@gmail.com for your subscription date.

  • ​Monthly subscriptions renew monthly at the same time each month.
  • 6 Month subscriptions renew every six months until you cancel.
  • Annual subscriptions renew annually until you cancel.
  • Dollar Trial memberships renew automatically 5 days after signup, starting your monthly $19.95 subscription. To avoid renewal, you must cancel before day 6.

❌ How do I cancel my membership or update my payment method?

It depends how you paid:

  • Credit card: Create or login to your billing account. From there, you can update your card details and view your billing history.
  • PayPal: Log into your PayPal account and manage the recurring payment under Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments.
