It’s a common issue! Many people complete payment but forget to create their Mighty Network account, which is a separate step.
Here’s how to fix it:
If you can’t find your original receipt, search your email (and spam/junk) for the subject line “Thank You for Subscribing” from leskohelp@gmail.com.
Go to the Lesko Help 2 login page and click “Forgot password?” A reset link will be emailed to you (check spam/junk folders if it doesn’t arrive).
Once you're inside the Lesko Help 2 community, click your profile icon in the top-right corner to:
➡️This profile is separate from your billing account.
It depends on the type of subscription you have. To check your subscription renewal date login to your credit card management account with Recurly or PayPal account if you paid via PayPal to check your date. If you can't login, email us at leskohelp@gmail.com for your subscription date.
