I paid, now what?

You should have received an email from us "Thank you for subscribing" that will have all the info you need to create your Mighty Network account and manage your billing. Check your spam/junk folder for it!
➡️➡️➡️ Make sure you do this! Creating your Lesko Help 2 Mighty Network account is necessary to use our program and separate from payment!

How do I create my Mighty Networks account?

Use the link in your emailed confirmation to create your Mighty Network account using the same email address you used when you paid for your membership.

How do I login my Mighty Networks account?

Go to this link and login  the email you signed up with.

I forgot my password—how do I reset it?

Visit the Lesko Help 2 login page, click “Forgot password?”, and check your email (including spam) for the reset link.

Why does my plan say “Free” if I paid?

This is just the name shown in the system—rest assured it reflects your paid membership.

How can I manage my subscription or cancel my account?

• If you paid by credit card, create your billing login here, then manage your subscription here.
• If you paid by PayPal, log into PayPal and manage the subscription from there. 

I deactivated my account in Mighty Network, why am I still being billed?
We're sorry to see you go! Payment management is separate from our Mighty Network community - you still have to cancel your payment through your payment/PayPal account!

Will I still be billed after I cancel?

Nope! Once we cancel your membership, no further charges will occur.

When will I be billed after the $1 trial?

Your trial lasts 5 days starting from the day you sign up. On day 6, you’ll be charged $19.95/month unless canceled.

I never received my receipt/confirmation—what should I do?

• Search your inbox (and spam/junk) for an email with the subject line “Thank You for Subscribing.” It was sent from leskohelp@gmail.com and includes your receipt and instructions.

I can't find my account with you! What do I do?
Email us at leskohelp@gmail.com with: 

• The name and email used at signup
• Date and amount charged
• Payment method (credit card or PayPal)
  

What’s the best way to get help?

Make the most of your membership by:

• Attending daily live Zoom calls
• Downloading your state and national grant reports
• Asking unlimited questions in the Questions Channel
• Using the Quick Start Launchpad to navigate the community

Can I get help via email?

No. All of our grant-finding support is offered in our Lesko Help 2 Mighty Network! We recommend posting inside Lesko Help 2 for the fastest and most personalized support. That’s where our hosts, moderators, and community are most active.

What grant giveaways do you offer?

We give away thousands every month:

• 4th: $20,000 for any need
• 15th: $10,000 for car repairs
• 20th: $15,000 for rent or mortgage
• 30th: Free laptops to help with grant applications

How soon after I win will I receive my prize?

Please give us 8-10 weeks to disburse your prize.

Do I have to pay to collect my prize?

NO! If you are contacted by someone who says you need to make a payment to collect a giveaway, it is a scam!
